One of Alan’s most notable achievements was his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of one of Illinois’ largest physician-owned medical groups. As the head of an 800-person organization, Alan led the company from near bankruptcy to a top-performing medical group nationally. Under his direction, the organization grew from $70 million to $130 million in revenue, significantly improving key performance indicators across the board. His ability to lead large teams through turnarounds and transformations reflects his strong operational expertise and focus on achieving measurable results.
In addition to his work in healthcare, Alan has served as an interim President and Strategic Advisor for two high-tech companies, where he helped scale operations and develop leadership teams.
