About the AECC
The Arizona Ethics & Compliance Council (AECC) was established in September 2011 by local leaders in corporate ethics and compliance, in response to a growing need for trusted, peer-to-peer collaboration in the region.
What We Do
The Council convenes quarterly in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with meetings hosted on a rotating basis by volunteer member organizations. Each gathering is designed to provide a confidential, neutral forum where senior ethics and compliance professionals can:
- Engage in candid discussions on emerging risks and regulatory developments
- Share lessons learned and best practices
- Exchange practical tools and strategies to strengthen compliance programs
