Samir is a HIPAA privacy professional with over six years of experience supporting hospitals, health systems, business associates, and clearinghouses in strengthening their privacy and compliance programs. His work centers on privacy and compliance effectiveness assessments, where he evaluates program maturity, identifies operational risks, and provides actionable recommendations that help organizations align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

In addition to his privacy expertise, Samir brings experience in clinical research budgeting, giving him a unique perspective on how research operations, compliance requirements, and financial structures intersect across the healthcare ecosystem.

Samir holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Illinois University. He is also a Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) professional.
