- Cover the key compliance sections of a CTA and will provide suggestions on how to negotiate them from the perspective of the a) Research Site; 2) the PI; and the 3) Sponsor
- Cover pitfalls research sites and sponsors can encounter in negotiating research billing provisions
- Address key indemnity, insurance, audit and compliance program enhancements which should be considered as part of the negotiation of CTAs, NDAs, etc.
