Carrie is a healthcare compliance executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-wide compliance, privacy, and risk programs across complex, multi-state health systems. She specializes in post-acute care environments, including Skilled Nursing, Hospice, Home Health, DME, and Home Infusion,  and has led compliance programs spanning more than 900 care locations and 65,000 team members.

Carrie is recognized for building scalable compliance infrastructures and standardized monitoring, auditing, and risk assessment frameworks that perform under pressure, including during major operational transitions and public health emergencies. She has advised executives and providers on CMS requirements, coverage and billing rules, clinical documentation standards, and ethical decision-making across the continuum of care. Her experience also spans enterprise privacy program leadership, compliance education initiatives, M&A due diligence, and supporting government investigations and external audit appeals, working across legal, compliance, and operational teams to substantiate findings and mitigate regulatory and financial risk.
