The Arizona Ethics & Compliance Council Returns

After a long pause since 2020, we’re excited to share that the Arizona Ethics & Compliance Council (AECC) is back.

About the AECC

The Arizona Ethics & Compliance Council (AECC) was established in September 2011 by local leaders in corporate ethics and compliance, in response to a growing need for trusted, peer-to-peer collaboration in the region.

What We Do

The Council convenes quarterly in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with meetings hosted on a rotating basis by volunteer member organizations. Each gathering is designed to provide a confidential, neutral forum where senior ethics and compliance professionals can:

• Engage in candid discussions on emerging risks and regulatory developments
• Share lessons learned and best practices
• Exchange practical tools and strategies to strengthen compliance programs

Why It Matters

In a field that is often complex and rapidly changing, the AECC offers an open, peer-driven space to connect with colleagues who understand the unique demands of the profession. Whether navigating evolving regulations, responding to organizational challenges, or seeking new approaches to promote ethical culture, the Council is a place where leaders can learn from each other.
