Jacob Mills is the Lead AI Architect at SunHawk Consulting, where he collaborates with clients to develop customized AI solutions that drive efficiency, streamline operations, and reinforce compliance. With a focus on highly regulated sectors like healthcare and financial services, Jacob designs and deploys secure, practical tools that are aligned with each organization’s strategic and regulatory objectives.
Jacob specializes in creating and deploying custom automation tools using both on-premise and cloud AI hosting platforms, enabling clients to maintain full control over sensitive data while harnessing the full power of AI. Jacob has led the development of multiple AI-powered compliance tools—each designed to automate the production of structured, review-ready reports from complex, unstructured federal and state data. Jacob’s early background in process engineering informs his pragmatic, systems-driven approach to AI architecture. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Kentucky.
