Alan is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in various sectors, including high-tech, healthcare, and professional development. He is known for driving cultural transformations that engage employees and foster a sense of ownership in the organization’s mission and success.

Throughout his career, Alan has earned a reputation as a “Head Coach,” having coached and mentored individuals to become long-tenured leaders at multimillion-dollar organizations. His leadership focuses on fostering strong team dynamics and aligning all levels of the organization with its strategic goals.

One of Alan’s most notable achievements was his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of one of Illinois’ largest physician-owned medical groups. As the head of an 800-person organization, Alan led the company from near bankruptcy to a top-performing medical group nationally. Under his direction, the organization grew from $70 million to $130 million in revenue, significantly improving key performance indicators across the board. His ability to lead large teams through turnarounds and transformations reflects his strong operational expertise and focus on achieving measurable results.
